This app may collect these data types Personal info and App info and performance. Data is encrypted in transit. Equipment quality is good, but the app is barely usable. I need to have access on my phone, so I downloaded the app on my iPhone and android. On both phones, it's almost useless.
Nothing loads fast enough, and the live view is pointless cause it's stuck in the upper left corner of each camera. I have it on my PC as well,and it works better but still not perfect. But the PC is at my business not helpful.
Hopefully, this is fixed soon. Otherwise, I'm tossing it out and getting a different brand. I love the cameras, and love the system. The app worked great, but after an update, when you click on an individual camera, it's zoomed in and you can't move it. You have to download the video for a regular view. I hope they fix this soon.
There also needs to be a way to set different activity zones for vehicles, a different one for humans, etc. It "has" that option, but it does not work.
Landscape mode needs work! On my Google pixel 6 pro, when I look at live view in portrait mode, and select a camera, then switch to landscape on my phone, I have two images, one that I can zoom, which does not zoom, and an underlay in the same image that zooms but cannot be seen because of the overlay.
Other than this, the app works pretty well. If you don't mind looking at a smaller picture than your phone can handle. There has to be a newer version than April version that's on the Play store. We have an updated version of the app for you! Please take a moment and download it.
